When will my item ship?
Our promise is to strive to ship your product within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Can I burn the candle all the way to the bottom?
No. Be careful not to burn the candle completely to the bottom. If you want to use ALL the wax, we suggest that you put the remaining amount in a potpourri burner. The jar might get so hot it cracks.
Can I re-use my container?
Certainly. In the Central Pennsylvania area, we refill a variety of conatiner including any competitors containers, special crocks, and canning jars. We first make sure that the container has no flaw. We will not refill containers that are not tempered for candle burning, or show signs of weakening.
Why does my candle smoke?
The wick is too long. Keep the wick trimmed just short enough so that the candle does not smoke. We recommend using a candle capper also. It keeps the wick quiet and allows the candle to burn correctly. Cappers also prevent air movement from flickering the wick. With our candles, we recommend trimming the wick every 2 hours.
Do your candles contain lead in the wicks?
No. It is illegal for any U S Manufacturer to use lead. Our large, small and mini candles contain a paper/cotton wick and the votives contain a zinc inner core wick.
